Northern California Procurement Technical Assistance Center (Norcal PTAC) mission is to help small businesses build their government contracting capacity.

Norcal PTAC provides no-cost advising and technical assistance to help businesses successfully compete for federal, state, and local contracts.

It serves seven counties including Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano and Trinity but we welcome inquiries from distressed areas throughout Northern California.

Services include free one-on-one counseling for businesses who are ready to sell to the government. We can help you to register and certify correctly, identify agencies and specific bidding opportunities, and assist with the bidding and capture process.
